“I just watched the part of the recording from Wednesday that I missed. And I am convinced that this ‘training’ with you is worth every penny. Thank you for allowing me to see and actively feel my spirit guide, in the form of a forest being (still unnamed). The meditation with roots and the pillar of light was an energetic peak performance, and I fell into a strong trance physically while sitting in the heavenly space, my mind kept noticing that the body ‘down there’ remained and simply breathed deeply into the chest.
